A new 2 storey extension was built, after successfully being granted planning permission. This allowed for a new master bedroom with en-suite upstairs and an extended kitchen and utility room downstairs.
As this was a repossession property it required a full renovation including rewiring and plumbing throughout. Ryan also took the opportunity to modernise the property with Cat 6 network cable to the living room, bedrooms and small landing study – future proofing the property and going the extra mile to create a liveable space for the 21st century.
